When considering the sale or purchase of any business a formal valuation process is normally undertaken and a part of any agreement. In this area we offer complete valuation services utilizing the popular methods of valuation used today. These approaches consider valuation based on both an ongoing operating basis and on the basis of liquidating the assets. In addition to the formal valuation process we offer other services associated with acquisition and dispositions of businesses, including tax-planning opportunities and due diligence procedures to aid in uncovering unrecorded liabilities.

Financial Planning

Our experienced staff, including two certified financial planners, are trained and experienced in helping individuals achieve their dreams. Auditing And Assurances Services

Our firm offers a wide range of assurance services to suit the needs of all businesses from smaller owner-managed businesses to large national operations. The level of assurance required will be dependent on the business’s situation and can range from lower assurance engagements such as a review of the financial statements, to higher assurance engagements such as an audit of the financial statements. In addition other assurance engagements are available to suit your needs, such as audits of information other then financial statements. Whatever level of service is required, we can find an alternative that best suits the needs of both the business and external users such as lenders.

Accounting

In addition to the assurance services we also provide accounting services. These services include the regular recording of transactions into the accounting records. These services also include the initial set-up of accounting systems and recommendations on the selection of accounting policies. Due to new independence requirements these services must now largely be segregated from our assurance services.

Management Consulting

To aid in strategic and operating decisions of your business we offer consulting services on a wide range of issues. Management consulting is available in such areas as system acquisition and implementation, internal control review and recommendations. Other common areas of interest are recruiting and hiring of senior administrative positions such as controllers, as well as succession planning.
